The Founder and Chief Executive Director of STEi Foundation, John Agbo Ogbodo was among five other prominent Nigerians, who were on Saturday, 8th June, 2019 at the Event Center of City Bay Park in Makurdi, Benue State; conferred with awards of Merit by the Final Year Brethren (FYB) Forum of the Nigerian Federation of Catholic Students (NFCS) of St. John Paul II Catholic Chaplaincy of Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi (FUAM). The award presented to Mr. Ogbodo was in recognition of his immense contributions to the growth of the church and the development of Nigerian Students within the Abuja Catholic Ecclesiastical Province.
Receiving the award on behalf of John Ogbodo, the Outreach Officer with the Benue State Office of STEi Foundation, Mr. Dickson Oodo, thanked the Chaplain, Very Rev. Fr. Didacus Kajo, Exco and members of the University of Agriculture Catholic Community for recognizing Mr. Ogbodo’s modest contributions in Service to God and Humanity. He congratulated the celebrants and wished them success in their forthcoming final year examinations. He finally prayed for God to grant them a favourable and blessed life after graduation.
It is worthwhile to note that, our CED was the Pioneer President of Nigeria Federation of Catholic Students (NFCS), Abuja Province ( 2001 – 2003); the Coordinator of Final Year Brethren Forum 2005 (FYB, 2005) who administration named the Catholic Chaplaincy of the University as Pope (now Saint) John Paul II Catholic Chaplaincy, among other modest contributions.
